Sistah Yaya is a Master Herbalist and Spiritual Guide specializing in Maroon and Arawak herbal practices. She blends plant-based traditions with modern wellness approaches and has studied healing methods across the Caribbean, Central and South America, and Africa. She currently leads herbal retreats and ancestral healing ceremonies in Mexico.
Empress LaTara
Maroon Oracle | Master Herbalist | Reiki Master | Life Coach
Empress LaTara comes from Jamaica’s Maroon community and was chosen by her ancestors as an Oracle through dreams and visions. Raised by a Kumina Queen and Indigenous healer, she blends Arawak and African spiritual traditions. A Master Herbalist and Reiki practitioner, she has led healing circles, spoken at conferences, and worked with leaders in the Maroon and reggae communities.
